West Lancashire Carers Sitting in Service is a Registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee. The Trustees of the charity form the Board of Directors. Nine Directors presently serve on the Board. Members of the Board reflect a cross section of the community. Individual directors bring wide- ranging skills, life experiences and qualifications that equip them to meet the aims of the charity. Members of the Board are invited to serve for three years and can be re-elected. Nominations are invited annually and the service members at the Annual General Meeting subsequently elect new Board members.
